Tim Gartland, Ph.D., founding partner of CID, leads the executive assessment and coaching practice, as well as strategic consulting initiatives. He has assisted many clients in designing and implementing initiatives to strengthen their performance and leadership talent. Tim has also consulted on hundreds of organization restructurings and large-scale change efforts. He has helped thousands of executives and managers boost their leadership effectiveness through high impact development strategies targeted against key strengths and needs. Prior to consulting, Tim held several senior HR positions at Fortune 500 companies such as PepsiCo, NationsBank, and Provident. He has a B.A. in psychology from Holy Cross University and a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Minnesota.
 
Linda Gartland, managing partner, brings exceptional experience in executive feedback, coaching, and training. She has held senior-level positions in HR as well as business development, marketing, and strategic planning for Hartmarx Corporation. Linda was also a college instructor in business management for seven years. She is often called upon as a resource in designing and/or facilitating customized training and management meetings. Linda has created and delivered dozens of specialized programs and interventions for her clients to meet their unique needs. She has also coached hundreds of managers, offering a breadth of business, leadership, and organization development expertise. Linda has a B.S. in business management from Golden Gate University and an M.B.A. in marketing from Connecticut State University.

Robert Fleetwood, Ph.D., was one of the founding partners of Corporate Insights & Development. In addition to his consulting experience, Bob held senior management positions in three Fortune 100 organizations where rapid growth, expansion and market dominance were critical. For example, Bob was an Executive Vice President at Blockbuster with worldwide responsibilities in strategic marketing, technology and human resources. While in that role he served as a member of the Viacom executive advisory counsel and the Spelling Entertainment advisory board. He was also a Senior Vice President with NationsBank (now Bank of America) responsible for corporate human resource delivery. Bob is currently a senior consultant to CUNDY Inc., a nationally recognized leader in all areas of employee benefit consulting. He advises CUNDY and CUNDY clients on the integration of benefit programs, performance management strategies, executive compensation and organizational design. Bob holds a Ph.D. in organizational psychology and resides in South Florida.
 
Chris De Santis is an independent consultant based in Chicago. He works with individuals or groups to enhance their effectiveness, with an emphasis on user-friendly solutions aligned with the company's strategic initiatives. Chris has 25 years of experience in training and development�half within corporate environments and half as an external consultant. He has done training and instructional design work with service organizations such as Accenture and Ernst & Young. He was the Director of Training and Development for the American Medical Association and was part of the Human Resource Development group for Brunswick Corporation. Chris is an excellent facilitator, with a depth of knowledge and an entertaining style that was honed through his work experiences in theater games. He has an undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Notre Dame, an M.B.A. from the University of Denver and an M.A. in Organization Development from Loyola University. He also has numerous vendor certifications including the MBTI.
 
Alison Mallard, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist with more than a decade of consulting experience across many industries. Her experience includes individual assessment and development, team assessment and development, employee opinion surveys, competency and values modeling, selection system design and validation, performance management systems design and merger facilitation. Clients appreciate Alison's flexibility and partnership approach in crafting solutions that achieve desired results within the context of a particular culture. Prior to consulting, Alison was an instructor for the University of Georgia 's Terry College of Business and Department of Psychology. She has conducted research in the areas of quality of life and work-life balance, published articles in refereed journals and presented at several national and international conferences. Alison has a B.A. in psychology from Emory University and an M.S. and Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Georgia . She is a gifted athlete and working mother of three children. Alison is also very active in her community and works with non-profit organizations such as university systems, children advocacy groups, research institutions, schools and churches.
 
Christine Mayfield , Ph.D., has worked with CID for over 10 years and has led numerous CID research efforts including studies on employee morale/retention, organizational culture, and sales and managerial performance. She has guided organizations in designing climate and employee opinion survey processes and has consulted with them regarding post-survey action plans. Christine's work in the area of employee assessment and development reflects her strong analytical and communication skills. She has great expertise in analyzing performance data and summarizing both individual and organizational issues in an extremely thorough, balanced, and user-friendly manner. Christine has also applied her technical expertise to develop selection systems, to validate performance appraisal and competency models, and to forecast staffing/training needs. She has delivered feedback to hundreds of managers and works with them to develop tailored action plans that make a difference. Recently, Christine has expanded her focus to the faith community, where she provides expertise in how to increase congregational engagement and facilitate individual spiritual development. Christine resides in Atlanta and has a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from Georgia Institute of Technology.
